These type of interviews always ask things like, How did you handle working with a coworker that didn't like you?

that seems to be disenchanted with me, I would keep it professional when we are at company functions during work hours. I would try to assess why they were upset me. I would apologize if necessary to keep the lines of communication open and be a team player. It might just have been the tone of an email that needed clarification.
