To add a mobile number, follow these 5 steps: Sign in to Patient Access with your email or User ID and Password. Insert your memorable word. Add a valid mobile number and select Continue. You will be asked to enter a 6 digit code which is sent to your mobile.

What should I not submit to the Patient Access Support Centre?

Do not submit any queries about your medical condition or medications. We do not have any direct access to your practice and cannot provide any clinical advice, or help with any aspect of your health or medical care.
