Our dental practice is a member of the British Dental Association good-practice scheme and therefore every dentist and staff member in our practice have made a personal commitment to comply with the commitments.

Our premises and surgeries are accessible to wheelchairs and there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Methods of payment
We try to make payment as straight forward as possible. The practice accepts payment either by cash, or credit/debit card. We do ask for payment prior to dental treatment, and if several appointments are required we will expect an instalment at each visit.
Failed appointments
Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients. Our practice policy is that if, on more than two occasions, patients cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend an appointment within a course of treatment, then we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment.
In case of emergency
Whenever possible please contact us during normal opening hours. If you need to be seen the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible as appointments are limited and are on a sit and wait basis.
