How do I show my Password in patient access?

If you are using a private computer or device, not a public computer, and would like your password to be visible as you type, select the 'show' icon at the end of the password field. Still having a problem? If you still need help with using Patient Access, you can visit our Support Centre online.

Can I share an email address on patient access?

Unfortunately, it is also no longer possible to share an email address on Patient Access. This is because we use the email address as a unique identifier to ensure the account security and confidentiality.

What is a one by one lookup module?

A one-by-one look up module which generates a detailed profile on prospects or donors. This includes wealth and philanthropic information with relationship mapping.

Is ProspectView online customizable?

Our online tool and profile are now easily customizable! Whether it’s a different view of ProspectView Online you’re interested in, or a personalized profile layout, design is now in your hands.

Can you see where your donors are located?

Now you can see exactly where your major donors are located and plan your visits accordingly. What’s better? We utilize a Google Maps integration so you can literally see the street level view of your donors. Create heat maps in donor-centric areas, use advanced filters to customize the type of donors you want to visit, and more.

Can I reset my Memorable Word?

You can reset your Memorable Word by clicking Forgot my Memorable word on the sign in screen once you have successfully entered your password. T his will take you to a different screen that allows you to update your Memorable Word and hint.

Account locked

If you enter an incorrect password 8 times, your account will automatically be locked for 1 hour. If you typed the password incorrectly, wait 1 hour then try again. If you have forgotten your password, select Forgotten Password .

How long does it take to get approved for ProHealth?

This is an important step to connect you to us as your health care provider. Your connection will be approved within 48 hours.

myProHealth has security safeguards in place to protect your health information:

Is myProHealth available 24 hours a day?

And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you. If you prefer not to sign up, this will not affect the care you receive from any ProHealth provider.

These include: community midwives, health visitors, palliative care nurses, district nurses, substance misuse counsellors and mental health gateway workers.

What is reception team?

The reception team will assist you in making urgent and routine appointments, answer any questions that you might have and offer any help or assistance that you may require whilst you are visiting the practice.

What is a practice nurse?

Practice Nurses can support patients with long-term conditions, and undertake a range of duties including family planning, cervical smears, childhood and travel immunisations, compression bandaging, providing health promotion advice on issues including weight management and smoking cessation. For travel immunisation, please complete a Travel vaccination Form (available online or from reception) at least four weeks before your departure date. We are also an authorised Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.
