Good place to work. Respectable good benefits
Not a bad company if you go back to school there is growth. You can move around to different departments and find where you feel you fit in the most. Hospitals with the Union pays less but more job security.

Hated this place
This pace will suck the energy out of you! I literally felt mentally and emotionally exhausted when I got off from work . I had to leave. Run far far away from here!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They absolutely positively do NOT care for their employees, just for what the employees can do for them.
Tough
Working for northwell health, you learn to grow thick skin. It's a very competitive work place with no teamwork and communication. You have to be aggressive to advance in your career
