How do I book an appointment with the NHS?

We also provide appointments that you can book online using applications such as the NHS App. NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. You may telephone 01606 544544 option 4 between 11am-12pm and 3-5pm Monday–Friday.

How do I Share my medical record in patient access?

How to share your record 1 Sign in to Patient Access. 2 Select Medical Record on the dashboard to expand the selection. 3 Select Share Record. 4 Select the areas of your medical record you wish to share. 5 Select I accept the terms and conditions, and then select Share. You have successfully shared your medical record.

Shared record history

You can share the link with as many people as you like, the shared record history shows the date and time it was created, the areas shared, the access code and the number of times a link has been viewed.

Stop sharing

You can stop sharing at any time. You can stop sharing one instance of your shared record by selecting Stop sharing on the individual shared record. If you select Stop sharing all this will stop access to all the shared records you currently have active.

Test Results

You may telephone 01606 544544 option 4 between 11am-12pm and 3-5pm Monday–Friday. Blood/urine tests take around 5 working days, xrays/scans take around 10 working days.
