Can you register at Manor Street Surgery?

If you are resident in our catchment area ( or temporarily staying at an address in our area ), you are welcome to register at Manor Street Surgery.

Do you need to fill out a form to return to your doctor?

They will need to fill out a short form for the information to be returned to their own Doctor.

Can you be seen as a temporary patient?

Anyone without a local GP needing to be seen in an emergency but not long-term (e.g. while on holiday or visiting relatives) can be seen as a temporary patient for ‘immediate and necessary treatment’.

Our trainees are qualified doctors and are mentored by one of the partners at all times. We would encourage you to book appointments with a trainee as they have a little more time to deal with your problem.
