What is patient access?
Patient Access is the On Line Service that our patients (aged 18 and over) can use to manage their appointments, order repeat prescriptions, change addresses and/or telephone numbers and view their medical record. Patient Access is a web site that connects to the practice clinical system where patient records are stored.
What documents are needed to access a patient's medical record?
They will be required to supply two documents as proof of identity. Documents accepted for this will be a passport, photo driving licence and a bank or building society statement . Current utility bills will not be accepted.
How old do you have to be to get a prescription for a repeat appointment?
We are following the recommendations of the RCGP, BMA and MDU by providing limited access to patients under 18 years (for repeat medication and appointment booking only) whilst more consideration is given to this matter.
How long does it take to cancel a doctor's appointment?
Doctor’s appointments required within 2 days and appointments with the Nurse are still arranged by Reception.

Call the surgery to arrange an appointment. The Receptionist will handle your call and arrange for you to be assessed by the most appropriate member of the healthcare team first, who will arrange for a face-to-face appointment where there is a clinical need.
What are the measures to control infection in the waiting room?
We will continue with a range of infection control measures including Social Distancing in the waiting room and around the premises, the use of the intercom at the front door, increased cleaning regimes and hand-gel stations throughout the building.
What time does the nhs dispensary open?

Is a call recorded at a dispensary?
