How often do patient reference groups meet?
You can join the group by asking for information in practice or on line. The group meets currently 3 times per year and alternates afternoons and evenings to allow as many of the group as possible to attend though all viewpoints are important to us and you can add items to the agenda whether you attend meetings or not. Is our practice list open for new registrations?
Our practice list is open for new registrations for patients who live within our practice boundary to be able to register to be seen and visited at home should this be necessary.
Can you book urgent appointments on line?
If you have an urgent need to be seen on the day and other available appointments have been taken you will be included on the triage list of the Doctor on Call who is different each day and these appointments are in addition to the book on the day slots but are not available to book on line as they are urgent on the day appointments.
