How do I book an appointment at the Earlsfield practice?

Here at the Earlsfield Practice we offer two options for our registered patients when booking appointments: You can get in contact with us by calling 020 8946 5681 and a member of staff will be able arrange a appointment for you. Please note that we are receiving a high amount of phone calls, wait times may take a bit longer than usual.

How does patient access work for your practice?

Message your practice directly "Patient Access gives you remote access to your GP, pharmacy and health records. For those going into self-isolation, retaining their access to health services is vital." All of our services, content and processes follow a strict set of clinical guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for patient care.

What can I do once I’m registered with the GP?

Once registered you will be able to book GP appointments, cancel appointments, request repeat prescriptions online and access your results. You will not be allowed to request for repeat prescriptions that are on Acute.

Can you book a telephone consultation online?

Online bookings (TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS ONLY!) are now available for patients to book themselves in for the next following day.

Do not request any face to face appointments?

1. Do not request any face to face appointments, the service is only for a telephone call. A clinician will advise you if a face to face would be apporaite.

Can a surgery reject an online booking?

Please be aware that the surgery has the right to reject any online bookings that do not comply with the guidelines.

What to do if you can't keep an appointment?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please make every effort to cancel it well in advance so that it may be offered to someone else. Non-attendance and cancellations at short notice without a valid reason deprives other patients of essential medical services.

How long does it take to check in for a pre-booked appointment?

The patient will be checked in if they arrive within their 10 minute pre-booked slot. The doctor or nurse will call them in at the first available opportunity, as the following patient may have arrived in good time.

Does Earlsfield have zero tolerance?

The Earlsfield Practice operates a zero tolerance policy with regards to violence and abuse and the practice has the right to remove violent patients from the list with immediate effect in order to safeguard practice staff, patients and other persons.
