Why can’t I see my GP appointments on patient access?
If your Patient Access account is not linked to your GP practice, the GP appointments section will not be visible. Under ‘Your GP practice services’, select the type of service you would like to book e.g. general GP appointment, telephone appointment etc.
Who is responsible for general medical services at Path House?

Booking GP appointments
Under ‘Your GP practice services’, select the type of service you would like to book e.g. general GP appointment, telephone appointment etc.
Booking non-GP Appointments
Note: Some non-GP appointments may be chargeable and payment will usually be taken online. The online payment method is added when you book your first non-GP appointment, it can be edited when you book future appointments, or a new payment method can be added. Can you buy a syringe outwith surgery?
They can also be purchased outwith surgery opening times. If you can afford it and/or if you require pain relief when the surgery is closed.
Can you cancel a GP appointment?
We offer patients the opportunity to register for patient access. This enables you to make and cancel GP appointments and request repeat medication. You may also be able in future to access your medical record. It’s easy to set up (we can help you do this if you require), convenient (available 24/7) and easy to use. If you have not already signed up please ask the next time you are in the surgery.
Does Ravenswood Surgery have signposting?
Ravenswood Surgery will soon be adopting a Signposting Service which will be operated by our trained staff.
